The service is excellent on all levels and from all members of staff we felt completely welcomed and looked after. The tea choices in our room were for one person ( one teabag of each flavour) and no teapot. We thought it was limited choice compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in who also offer for example, complementary home made biscuits or packaged sweet treats. This is a nice touch we felt was missing. Aside from this minor detail everything else was superb and we will definitely return with our family in the near future as we really enjoyed our stay. Merci Beaucoup!

This is a special hotel in the heart of Monte-Carlo. It is family-owned and the staff were exceptional. Every single person we met was very friendly and welcoming. We had a small room but the bed was very large and really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great but, be warned, the bar is expensive! The valet parking works well and and is reasonable value. Great location in the heart of the city but it's set back and very quiet. We have stayed in a few hotels in Monaco and this is now our favourite.
